Do I need an account to place an order?

An account is not necessary to place an order, you can also order via a guest account, we will update the order status with you by email.

However, we still recommend that you register an account, this process is simple, just leave a mailbox address and set your password. By registering an account, you can view the order status and other account information at any time.

What shipping methods do you provide?

You could choose the shipping method you prefer when checkout, different shipping methods will have different shipping rates and shipping times. Details please refer to the shipping policy page.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will be shipped within 3 business days if the products are in stock. And all orders will be shipped within 7 days once the products become available.
The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

Processing time: The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.
Shipping time: The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination. The shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose. Please refer to the shipping rate section for details.

Shipping from your local warehouse is significantly faster. Some charges may apply in this case.

When you order from Socoje.com, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed the tracking information for your order's shipment. You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process.

What is your return policy?
