Shipping Time

At socoje, we strive to provide a seamless and reliable delivery experience for our customers. 

Your order will be shipped within 3 business days if the products are in stock. And all orders will be shipped within 7 days once the products become available.

The total time it takes to receive your order is shown below:

The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

Processing time: The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.

Shipping time: The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination. The shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose. Please refer to the shipping rate section for details. 

Shipping from your local warehouse is significantly faster. Some charges may apply in this case.

When you order from socoje.com, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed the tracking information for your order's shipment. You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process.

Shipping Method & Shipping Rates

We offer various shipping methods to accommodate different delivery preferences and requirements. These may include standard shipping, express shipping, or expedited shipping. The available shipping options will be presented to you during the checkout process.

Shipping costs will be calculated based on the shipping method selected, the dimensions and weight of the package, and the destination address. The shipping costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process for your review before confirming your order.

You could choose the shipping method you prefer when checkout, different shipping methods will have different shipping rates and shipping times. Details please refer to following:  

 (Note: that we do not recommend using express delivery for products exceeding 10KG. The settlement fee will be converted to FOB price, and you will need to contact

us to manually obtain logistics price information. Customized products will be scheduled separately according to the negotiated contract.)

In addition, the transit time depends on where you're located, the shipping method you choose, and where your package comes from. We will keep you informed of any problems here to help you get your order as soon as possible.

We ship our products to customers worldwide. Whether you are located locally or internationally, we are committed to delivering our products to your desired destination.

Kindly Notice: socoje offers a flat shipping rate of $10.00 for all orders(EMS SMALL PACKET). You will receive an email notice within 24 hours if your order was rejected by EMS. Simply reply to the email to get help from our human agent. 

For the Express shipping plan, the listed price is an estimated value for a 0.5KG package. We will have a human agent contact you by email or phone if the actual cost of shipping exceeds the amount you paid.

Location We Ship to

We can ship our products to almost every country through FedEx, DHL, or UPS.

Socoje ships worldwide , covering Europe, North America, Oceania, Asia, South America, Africa and more. We cooperate with DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS and other international carriers and guarantee that your order reaches you safely and securely. As long as those carriers can reach your place, we can ship our products there. Here is a list of the countries we can ship to. If your country or region is not listed below, please consult us before you place an order.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number for you to follow up on the package status.

About Customs Charge  

You are responsible for all import taxes and duties that may be charged when your parcel passes through Customs. Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when goods you have ordered from us arrive in your country. 

We advise you to find out about the local regulations prior to ordering from us. Socoje can not give you advice or information about tax rates and customs charges in your country.

If you refuse delivery of a parcel due to import duties or taxes, you assume all liability for all costs involved in returning the item to us.
